WHAT IS SEASONAL YOGA?

“The Yoga that changes with the Seasons”

A full lifestyle and Yoga practice that changes with the circadian rhythm of nature, its energy and Seasons. We teach how we can harmonise, capture and live with the energy that surrounds us in each of the Seasons throughout the changing year.

We take you on a journey from Spring to Winter, with each season having a mood, a theme and an intention, taking inspiration & wisdom from the outside and mother nature.

If we look at Spring, the start of the growing season with new shoots that are strong, grow fast and are vibrant green to capture the sun’s rays. Then If we follow nature, it teaches us, this is the time to start planning, looking forward, moving our energy.

 

We do this with a yoga practice that builds strong foundations, lots of re-energising breath and food that is green and bitter to help clean our digestive system and absorb the most nutrients.  

 

Each season having its own unique essence.

200 HOURS COURSE

Is designed to explore the depths of Traditional Yoga and Traditional Chinese Medicine practically and theoretically.

12 months of intensive study including asana(postures) pranayama (breathwork) Meditation, Yoga philosophy, Chinese meridian and organ energy, Anatomy and physiology, Chakra and Nadis, and other traditional studies along with living in Season, Nutrition and Seasonal food.

100 HOURS 5 ELEMENTS YOGA ENTHUSIAST COURSE

Are you passionate about your health, looking to get fitter, mentally stronger and learn more about ancient healing and health systems?

Maybe you are not ready for a teacher training but looking for a steppingstone course to gain more knowledge and confidence.

Light-hearted and a fun-filled course, full of facts and things to try and do at home. “How to be in your Element” from wood to water.

Think Feng Shu, where you re-arrange your house to make the energy flow better. We use the same wisdom to clean your inner house, mind, body and emotions.
